Midlake are set to release the four track digital EP of rarities/b-sides, "Oak and Julian" on September 4 via iTunes. It includes acoustic versions of "Roscoe" & "It Covers The Hillsides", both off of another of last year's best albums "The Trials of Van Occupanther" (#8 in my Top 25 of 2006 list), and two previously vinyl-only tracks.

Midlake Announce Tour Plans!!
The band that brought us one of the finest albums I've heard in years is touring again. Midlake's planning a fall tour that will hopefully include your city (if you're lucky!) that starts on Sept. 4 at The Earl in Atlanta, GA.
