As a Modest Mouse fan, I was excited to see new tour dates up. However, I'm new to Atlanta and have only been to a couple of venues here so far. I asked a friend about Masquerade Music Park and he said "$30 before fees to stand outside wedged between a goth who mistakenly thought it was the night for the Type O Negative show and some sweaty drunk jerk's armpit on a muggy May night in Atlanta - not worth it." Actually, he used some stronger language so I'm paraphrasing but I think that was most of it.
Opinions on this venue?

Yeah it's not the gretaest. Plus with MM charging $35 for tix, I might have to pass on this one.

I feel so old. I remember seeing Modest Mouse for $8.
I've decided to pass on this particular Modest Mouse show, maybe if it had been in a different venue. At least there are a lot of other good shows in Atlanta soon.
