Califone, Andrew Bird, Mark Kozelek, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah on HBO Documentary Soundtrack

The soundtrack to the HBO documentary "The Trials of Darryl Hunt", is set to be released on August 7th and features music from some fine indie & hip-hop artists (some of which is exclusive to this soundtrack) including: M. Ward, Califone, Portastatic, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Andrew Bird, Mark Kozelek, Margot and the Nuclear So & So's, Starsailor, The Last Poets (feat. Dalek), Dead Prez & Ras Kass.

"This powerful documentary tells the incredible story of Darryl Hunt, a black man who spent twenty years in prison after being wrongly accused of killing a white woman. All net proceeds from the sale of this soundtrack will be donated to The Darryl Hunt Foundation, which works to protect wrongly convicted individuals."
